for #234 relies on `shortcut_fields` option in `ticket` section to load a
list of ticket field names that will be displayed in the drop down menu .
Order matters , and only select fields will be displayed .
We can either deal with this enhancement in #234 and mark this ticket as
duplicate or otherwise follow in here .
