Well, I still don't like the control that trac provides. As this is not
actually a problem in recent versions of mozilla and webkit browsers, that
provide their own resize, it is probably best to confirm that this is a
problem for IE. If it is, perhaps we could use
http://jqueryui.com/resizable/#textarea or similar.
