I refreshed the patch mentioned in comment:13 once again as it seems the
**"ideal"** solution was deliberately breaking permission test cases . I
left a ''FIXME'' side-note hoping we'll be able to work this out any time
soon. It strikes me that I found no logical explanation .
After inspecting test log I confirmed that permission test cases are
working as expected (i.e. no false positive) , and thereby
[attachment:t355_r1437383_trac_test_perm.diff corresponding patch] should
be ready for commit .
