Given that there did not appear to be a discussion on this anywhere, I
have put a quick analysis in this thread:

Long story short, I suggest that for a short form we could use
{{{<prefix>/<resource>}}} with tickets in particular allowing us to drop
the {{{#}}} thus giving links like:
* bh/milestone:iteration1
* bh/123
