To be more accurate land in home page . Recall that it's possible to
configure default request handler in TracIni , so the link should point to
environment's `base_url` , especially considering latest work on multi-
product branch .

PS: AFAICR there was an option in TracIni for header link . Why not
consider that instead in case users want to link to main site (e.g.
http://www.apache.org ) connected to issue tracker (e.g.
http://issues.apache.org/bloodhound ) ?
