This ticket complements trac:#11084. Here is a summary of that ticket:
Several pages put the focus in "the right place" on page load, allowing
someone to immediately start entering text without a lot of tabbing or
using the mouse. There are several other pages in which a text input or
textarea element should have focus when the page loads, such as the Wiki
edit ''wiki'' textarea, Wiki rename ''newname'' text input, Report edit
''title'' text input and ''Name'' text input for several admin pages.
