patch] loads test cases just once on test discovery by not loading tests
defined in sub-package `__init__.py` . This also fixes an issue introduced
after comment:48:ticket:355 reflected in [http://simelo-
es.blogspot.com/2013/02/apache-bloodhound-progreso-del-soporte.html this
chart] as duplicated test number and inexistent number of failures /
errors .
