r1452833 moves the sticky area to the breadcrumb
r1452843 removes the sticky area definitions from templates other than the
base theme
r1452844 refactors js controlling the sticky area to provide a small
(breadcrumb) or large (full header) depending on the screen height -
currently switching at 768px
