As was done in comment:10:ticket:363 for the changes between Trac 1.0 and
1.0.1, review all of the changes to the templates starting from the
revision of Trac that was imported to the Bloodhound repository, through
to the release of Trac 1.0, and decide **if** any of these changes should
be incorporated into Bloodhound.
