Hi,
I may not have thought this through far enough so if anyone wants to
investigate the possible consequences of this, it would be really useful.
The timeline events are generally missing ticket updates other that
opening and closing unless you explicitly ask for ticket_show_details.
In addition, the user has to request that the events are shown. It might
be expected that there is a performance hit from the extra queries that
this would generate of course.

to the base.ini will allow ticket events other than just tickets opening
and closing to be shown in the timeline which seems like a good thing.
