I am proposing to commit a patch that Olemis has provided for giving us
a breadcrumb in the ticket view, probably splitting out the work into a
different ticket as it is not clear to me that the work of this ticket
is complete.
The breadcrumb for ticket related views really ought to be available for
other ticket related views too (dashboard and milestone) and for the
breadcrumb to link to the milestone page rather than a custom query but
it is good to make a start here.

I think we clearly need a breadcrumb but I can't tell if the work of this
ticket is complete. If it is to track a larger amount of work I am
prepared to separate this out to commit the
{{{t223_r1394017_ticket_breadcrumbs.diff}}} patch.
The only change I think I will make for the moment is to alter the
docstring of the {{{_modify_ticket}}} method to "{{{Add the ticket
breadcrumb and scrollspy.}}}" rather than repeat the docstring from the
{{{_modify_scrollspy}}} method.
We might also consider that the dashboard page should include itself in
the breadcrumb but that can be considered and fixed later if necessary.
