The Blue Obelisk wiki is the public face of the BO to the world. There
has been some talk recently about promoting the BO, and this is the
website that people come to if they are curious or want to get
involved. Since it has grown organically as wikis tend to do, it is
now in need of a major revamp.

The front page should focus on key information (i.e. readers should
not be distracted by a multitude of links to information that may not
be relevant to them), the most important links (e.g. mailing list, and
RSS feeds), as well as a small number of table of contents links (e.g.
one for developers, one for general users, one for curious chemists).

If nobody has any objections, I will reorganise it today/tomorrow.

Regards,
  Noel
