Dear Matt: Gosh, you've been missing the best music in the world! Please, please, I encourage you to make that trip to Virginia. You ain't seen bluegrass & mountain music 'till you've climbed Carter's Mountain, listened to Ralph's banjo ring out from the stage in the holler at the "Hills of Home" & heard Ralph II's absolutely wonderful, deep voice echo through the mountains singing Stanley classics & his own new tunes. Thanks to everyone for words to the "Water Lilly", it's so lovely. Thank you Matt, for the appalshop.org info, it's right on. I bought that video also & it does tell quite a story. I was grateful to find it. Thanks so much for your kindness & friendship here on the website. Keep loving bluegrass & mountain music, it's the best music in the world! Cordially your friend, Doris.
