Hi Folks,
My husband says that the song "He Went to Sleep and
the Hogs Ate Him" is on an album called "Folk Concert (from the heart of
America)" It's on King records. On the record the
Stanleys say, "Dewy Baker told about his Pa going to sleep and and old sow ate
his big toe." In the song, the hogs ate Pa - all of him. It's
funny.
