Hi all,

not sure if I already wrote about this, but I have started setting up
a chemical file test repository. It currently contains a few MDL
molfiles from the CDK project, but will populate it later with more
content. Alexandr [1] will add his test files too from his Google
Summer of Code project for KDE on indexing chemistry files with
Strigi.

The setup currently uses a dir structure like [2]:

SVN/ctfr/trunk/<FORMAT>/<SUBFORMAT>/[valid|invalid]

where each dir has an index.xml to describe the content, as discusses
earlier on the mailing list.

For example,

SVN/ctfr/trunk/mdl-molfile/v2000/valid/azulene.mol

TODO
- import test files from OpenBabel
- import test files from CDK
- import test files from kfile-chemical/strigi (Alexandr)
- write a DTD to formalize the XML
- write XSLT sheets for HTML creation
- use cmake to create a distribution

Egon
