Hello, I did a test reaction in Jchempaint, there didn't seem to be any options to map the reacting atoms? I could do a reaction though.
I've seen the MACiE site a while ago and it was working. I've got the information from the BJOC paper, I can start to convert it over to CML, XHTML. I had a couple of questions: If you condense your CMLReact so that the information for the molecules is not stored directly in the reaction information where would it go? In the BJOC paper they don't describe the further elaboration to Paroxetine, I looked up the patent for Paroxetine, is the 'patent' it's self copyrighted information?
