Ah, OK. Now, consider that wur.nl uses one single exit point, called
kokosnoot.wur.nl... all IP traffic goes via that note... that's a big
pain, because the message does say something about my IP being
blocked... that could then simply mean that a machine within the 15k
there are in the wur.nl domain is hacked? Since Win-XP is the default
platform here :(, this sounds rather likely...
