Hi,

I have read the article and it's a similar solution that we intend to
build into Bioclipse, with the exception that we will integrate the
mozilla browser inside of Bioclipse instead of writing a plugin for
Firefox. This will be a lot more powerful where users can add scripts
at runtime (in Javascript/beanshell/groovy/ruby) to enhance web sites
with rich functionality (extract data, visualize chemistry in Jmol
etc). There is not much info on this Bioclipse sub-project yet ('Rich
Browser in Bioclipse', http://wiki.bioclipse.net/index.php?
title=Projects), but I hope we can put up more info soon.

Cheers,

    .../Ola
