Hi all, I'm currently writing an application. One of its tasks is to provide information about chemical parameters. The application is related to the water frame directive (if you know, what I'm talking about).
Before I now begin to write my own database with information about the chemicals: CAS, EC (EINECS, ...), molecular weight, ... origin/sources and appearance, ... biological impacts, ... I wonder if there is such a database. I know, there are several spiders in the WWW. But what I need is a database, that can be used offline. Just for the case you have something like this I hereby offer to add information to your database too (if you are interested). Any suggestions? I did not find anything.
