Hi there, I am en route to develop a low cost application in 2d-QSAR fortified with molecular editor, molecular descriptor calculation and statistical module based on ETA indices. I am stuck with representation of fusion of rings. In our apps each benzene or ring molecule is regarded as a unit. in there any protocol in chemoinformatics which theoretically explains the fusion of rings?
