You probably don't want to change the time of that e-mail.  Its sent as the 
system completes a system scan, thorough checks of the logs, and half-a-dozen 
other operations.  The reason its scheduled during the night is some of those 
things are processor intensive.  If its run during the day - it could impact 
user operations.

If you don't want the messages - don't check that admin mailbox.  Or take out 
the forwarding to your address (if that's what you've done).
