I just tested that and both "reboot" and "shutdown" work. Would have been surprised if they didn't. :o) There is a small delay, though, before it kicks in. When I hit "reboot" in the browser I directly switched to my SSH session window and after like 5 seconds I got the broadcast "System is going down for a reboot". If it's not working for you, then do this: >From an SSH session run "tail -f /var/log/messages" (as "root") and then hit the "reboot" button in the GUI. It should show something in /var/log/messages afterwards.
