Looks like this error appears if one has not all updates installed and then
tries yum update for example when using a clean install or if you haven't
updated a few weeks.
I update every night (default setting) and no trouble here

Have you tried the usual

yum clean all
yum update

I can't re-create this at all so i'm guessing its something transient.
