Where did I go wrong here...

I ran
apt-get update

and got messages about duplicate rpms.
So I forced the uninstall and reinstall of those rpms and that fixed
those errors.

Then I installed supervise-scripts with
rpm -Uvh supervise-scripts-3.5-1.noarch.rpm

I received an error like the following:
tail: cannot open `+23' for reading: No such file or directory
error: %post(supervise-scripts-3.5-1.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit
status 1

Now when I try to run
qmailctl stat

I receive the following:
svstat: relocation error: svstat: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not
defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
