Did you do something else with the site that you cant remember :-) Added site2.include Or add something to /etc/httpd/conf.d looks like something is getting loaden before the vsite config

But by default virtual sites already have access to /home, /tmp, /var/lib/php/session/ and the root directory of the virtual site in question.
