I'd be concerned that that would cause a sudden unexpected change in usage for 
a user. For example, if suddenly a user owns a few hundred meg file, and this 
exceeds their limit and they can't receive mail. Administrator doesn't know 
until they get a complaint. At least if an administrator is running the script 
manually they can check afterwards for over-quota users.
