Have you tried it with a random user/name? Wondering if 'jeffrey' is a username/alias/something somewhere and thats confusing it. The LOCKDEBUG occurs if it cries to write to the CODB and it's locked. I can't however find out if this is the 'will retry' message or the 'failed completely' message. Our SVN server isn't reachable at the moment so I can't check the code out and have a look. Do you get these messages every time? (And what about other operations). It could be something is screwed in the DB, or they can be red herrings (as it should 'wait it out' and create when the lock has cleared).
