Why not use suPHP for the site in question? Then use the BlueOnyx Gui ("Web
Ownerships" menu) to chown all files and folders in the /web tree to a
siteAdmin.
Problem solved.
The scripts are then owned by a siteAdmin and suPHP executes them as the
siteAdmin. Likewise the siteAdmin can upload files by FTP without causing the
CMS to run into UID/GID issues. That's one of the really nice side effects
about suPHP.
