Yeah. Also look at 3m.com (registered 1988). It even violates two RFC's, as it 
starts with a numeral and is shorter than 3 characters when you substract the 
extension. That used a big "no-no" as well. Back in the days the exceptions 
were reserved for the big players, but nowadays they're possibly applied with 
more leeway.
