Thanks for the reply! I thought I was going to need multiple intermediate certs; in the end they just had one.
I am used to chaining them together in a flat file etc etc. I put just the one in the GUI for vsite, SSL, then "Manage Certificate Authorities" and it took it, and is presenting it. I am not sure if I can load a pair of intermediate certs that way or not, and it will be a year before I revisit this : ). Thanks for the info on the file location-- On Tue, Jan 31, 2012 at 8:39 PM, Ernie <[email protected]> wrote: > When you enable SSL it creates a "certs" directory next to logs, web, users, > etc. at the root level of the particular vsite. > > In that certs directory you save the intermediate certificates as a single > file > named "ca-certs" that's all I had to do. > > > - Ernie. > > >> >> What is the implemented means of handling intermediate certs in BX? >> >> I don't see a KB article at Solarspeed, and the SSL GUI won't let you >> add a primary and intermediate in the same file. >> >> Thanks! >> _______________________________________________ >> Blueonyx mailing list >> [email protected] >> http://mail.blueonyx.it/mailman/listinfo/blueonyx >> > > > -- > "I Ping therefore I am." > _______________________________________________ > Blueonyx mailing list > [email protected] > http://mail.blueonyx.it/mailman/listinfo/blueonyx _______________________________________________ Blueonyx mailing list [email protected] http://mail.blueonyx.it/mailman/listinfo/blueonyx
