Hi List. > Ok, the hopefully final round of hotfixes is out: >
This problem has also affected older releases of roundcube. This particularly affects Compass roundcube up to 0.7.1. There are two possible solutions that will fix this problem. SOLUTION ONE. You may have read recently a post from Michael indicating there is a new Compass/Solarspeed roundcube module available. This new jointly developed package is available as a replacement for the older roundcube module. It installs as a "WHAM" module, but with some extra "magic" to auto-install this module into all vsites. Each vsite will have their own roundcube database. The new module is compatible with suphp, and lots of other good stuff under the hood. However, there is no "point and click" upgrade path to the new package. To upgrade, you will need to uninstall the old module, and install the new package. The bad news is that there is no automated migration option for the old roundcube database - users will need to re-create their contacts. SOLUTION TWO. Login to your server as root, and execute the command below. wget --quiet --output-document=- http://www.compassnetworks.com.au/roundcube.conf > /etc/httpd/conf.d/roundcube.conf If you are not comfortable doing the above, I have done a rebuild of the old package which will shortly be available in newlinq. However, I would recommend using this only as a temporary measure. The older package will not have any further upgrades.
