Any suggestions as to how to return to normal menus?

On one of our 5107R systems, the administrative menus' labels look like
variable names. For instance, the first menu item on the left-side
navigation is, "RSS_News_Menu" and the second is "manageAdminUsers".
Clicking "base-personalProfile" and then "personalAccount", the
"languageField" dropdown list is empty.
