That's exactly what I did, and that did do the trick.  I don't know why, but
her server is constantly under attack.  CCED seems to crash a lot.  I cannot
even open the security page through the gui to see if there are any blocks
going on.  She's still running 5106.  I told her I think it's time to
upgrade :)
