Not sure that there is anything particularly related to Mailman in the most recent updates, but since Saturday we have a site that is unable to use their Mailman install. Upon logging in to administer a list, the following output goes to browser:

Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

The Mailman error log (snipped below) seems to reference a permissions issue. Changing the directory permissions on /var/lock/mailman to 777 alleviates the error, but that seems like it could be a bit of a security issue.
