Yeah, I just had that as well and it's now fixed. Long story short: The PHP scripts that generate the list of Mirror-URLs for YUM ran out of version numbers. It had 6.9 as highest version number and when 6.10 got released last night the resulting URLs were missing a directory. It's all good now.
