There are two ways: 1.) "Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer". It shows a list of all Vsites. Click on the pen icon next to one of the Vsites. That shows you a list of all available WebApps and which ones are installed on that Vsite. Click on the pen icon next to "roundcubemail". That will show you buttons for "Upgrade", "Backup" and "Uninstall" for the install within that Vsite. The other method: 2.) "Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" / "Web Applications". That will show the same list of available and installed Webapps for that Vsite.
