I am running 5211R on a Proxmox server. It didn't want to boot at first, seems RHEL 9.1/Almanlinux has change the cpu instruction set reqiorements to x86-64-v2 instruction set, so the kvm64 default no longer works.
It did with previious Almalinux versions. To get around it I had to select the CPU type as "host" instead of "kvm64". Not sure if you can do that with OpenVZ but at least it's a clue.
