It's not defined anywhere because blueprint sets up the typography to
just work with the browser and CSS.
In CSS the unit "em" is one line height so you can just do this:
<div class="span-24" style="height: 3em;"></div>

Using em's means that if the user re-sizes their fonts locally, your
heights will adjust accordingly.

Also, a default row height is 18px so you can just multiply that by
three if a fixed size is more desirable.
