For a large design project, I'm told I need to accommodate both a
300px column (for 300x250 ads) and an overall width of 960px (for a
really, really wide banner ad).

I've tried a couple of combos, but I seem to end up with either 310px
or something larger than 960px overall.

What's the best way to handle this with Blueprint CSS? I really don't
want to go with something like 960.gs, which lacks all of Blueprint's
niceties.

Thanks!
