Joomlashack's Inspirion is built on Grid960 - that's as close as I have seen.
My workflow after mocking up with Balsamiq is to rapidly do the general look and feel with Artisteer and than take the resulting aesthetics and import to Compass-Sass to lay the aesthetics over a Bluepring Fluid layout and match to the nearest column via Compass/Sass/Susy and easy way to implement only the BP classes that are actually needed producing a very lean and readable CSS.
