Is using Blueprint CSS with Site Mesh feasible? It seems that with Blueprint CSS the column offsets are calculated using the entire viewable browser content area as the reference. For example if you had a left navigation bar with the main content area to its immediate right, what would happen if in your main content page you said place a text area in column 1, would it mash over the left navigation bar instead of putting it in the "first column" of the main content area?
