I like these additions and think a plugin would be the best way to
distrubute to the blueprint community. A "complete" border solution
plugin for those who need it. I think hr elements could also be
grouped into this plugin. Any other ideas as to what someone might
need as far as a solid solution lines (hr) and borders?
