I'm terribly happy with blueprint and use it out of the box regularly on projects that work wonderfully in ff2, ff3, ie6, ie7, ie8, saf2, saf3, chrome1, chrome2, opera9 and opera10 . Plus i dont have to learn a new language, just understand css. There are several other css frameworks too, which are good, but I like blueprint.
