Hi tmalkiew, The forms on your site are working correctly according to the styles provided by Blueprint.
In looking through the stylesheets in your source, I cannot find any reference to custom styles for your site forms. Does DW add stylesheet(s) that are not included in your example? I say drop DW and start using a text editor to help fully understand what is happening. -- Sean K.
