Just started with Blueprint. Basically got it working, but wanted to
tighten up the vertical spacing around <hr />s. At first, thought
this was a Blueprint issue. Reviewed the css and searched the forum
for related topics ... didn't come up with much.
Experimenting further, eventually tried adding a style to the hr to
control the height:
<hr style="height: 1px; border: 0px; margin-top: .1em; margin-
bottom: .1em;" />
This is producing the desired result.
