For a few of my most recent projects I've started including two extra
classes to my custom stylesheet and was wondering if they would do
well adding them to the core of BP's next version.

The two classes are:
.append {padding-right:10px}
.prepend {padding-left:10px}

much of the time I use gutter dimensions for these px values, but I've
also found using half of the total column width works well too. ((i.e
- half of column is 20px in BP's default 40px column width)).

These classes simply give me a little bit of padding, whereas the
default prepend-1 and append-1 seem too wide for many designs.
