The problem with MapFile is that it reads the entire index (of every 128th key)
into memory and with large index this may not be ideal. Also random access
performance may be degraded because of the scan through the key/value in the
data file when trying to read a document back. Maybe we should try
benchmarking both approaches, with small, medium and large documents/records.
