I don't see a vote being necessary - I think the IP clearance part of incubation is done at this point. The github repo was dumped from a known hash and covered by the original grant. Everything else is covered by the iCLA and/or section 5 of the license. I think I asked the question early on and I feel good about the current state... --tim
