I think that we should allow [A-Za-z0-9_-] in the names of things in Blur. Any
other letters at this point? I would be ok with UTF-8 letters just not special
characters, but it's kind of hard to know what is not a special in other
character sets. So I was thinking we can start with the simplest check.
