I am having following questions.
1. What do we mean by "dd a new state for the shardServerLayoutState call" here?
2. Do we really need these 3-4 constructors in FieldBasedWarmer class because I
thinks ShardContext is required here and rest we can get out of that object.
With other objects like TableContext and TableDescriptor we do not get
information about shards and which is necessary while creating SampleIndex
using IndexWarmUp class.
